How to Join The ForumSo you've decided to join the fight! Thank you, first off, for your interest. We're always happy to have new players in this little game of ours. Below, you'll find a small walk-through on how to actually join the site. You'll also find instructions on what to do after you've joined to help you get assigned more quickly! 1. Joining ProboardsIf you're not already a member of ProBoards, you'll have to register with them first. 2. Applying to STABOnce that's done, you'll then have to register for the STAB forum separately. Fortunately, there's a handy little button you can click in the upper right corner: 3. Moderation of ApplicationsWe review and manually approve (or reject) all applications. This is done primarily to avoid spam or bots. Once you're approved, you can begin to post on the non-public portions of the forum. 4. What to Do After JoiningOnce you've applied and been approved, feel free to introduce yourself in the Introductions Thread and look over the Player Handbook(link). If you haven't already seen it, there's also a handy Checklist to guide you through the application process!

How to Join Our Discord ServerThe STAB Discord server isn't required to play, but it's highly recommended as it allows players to connect more readily outside of missions, and can also provide faster feedback from management. We also host special events on the Discord server, so don't miss out! Joining Discord is easy enough: 1. Create a Discord AccountYou can create a free Discord account by going to Discord's website. This is required to use Discord servers. 2. Join the Official STAB ServerJoining the server is fairly simple as well! If you're using it in a browser, just click this link. If you have the desktop/mobile app (recommended), simply click the Join Server button and input discord.gg/gZnRTan exactly as shown. The button in question looks like this: 3. Role AssignmentIn order to use certain features of the server, you have to have a certain role assigned. For most, that'll be the 'player' role, which will make your name a nice shade of green and let you use certain channels. This will be done pretty quick once you've joined the server. 4. Enjoy! That's it! You can now chat freely and get to know your fellow players, as well as keep up with the latest from the Admins!
